It's another cross training kind of day

Still trapped inside so yesterday I did my miles on the elliptical.  Plan called for 5 - but since in many ways the elliptical is easier on the muscles I did 8.  It's harder on the cardio, for me at least, but easier on the legs.  Was worried that i might feel sore this morning, but I was fine.

Today I'm spending my time on the stationary bike.  This one I think I am going to feel.  My thighs are already a little ouchy.  did 30 min and will do another 30 min later today.  I like to break things up.  Maybe throw a little weight lifting in the middle there.
