I want my hour back

The transition time when daylight savings time kicks in is hard for me.  I don't sleep much on a normal basis.  I never have.  5 -6 hours a night is normal for me and it's been that way since I was a teen.  I do take a nap later in the day, so it's not like I don't sleep at least 7 hours a day, but I just can't go 7 hours at a time unless I am sick.  So when they shift the clocks around and suddenly my schedule calls for me to get up with an hour less of sleep it throws me way off.  4 - 5 hours isn't enough, even for me.  It is making my morning workouts rough.   Can't wait for my body and brain to adjust.
