Squats are harder than they look

Yesterday I didn't run - did squats and lunges.  Today I am sore and realize how much harder they worked my body than I thought!

I love them because you CAN do them with bands, weights or other equipment but you don't have to.  Yesterday I did a dedicated workout with squats & lunges, but most days I've been trying something new.  I do 3-10 (depending on how much time I have) whenever I stand up from my computer or knitting.  Just a quick way to sneak a workout in.

I figure if I do 3 each time I stand up I'll get 90 - 100+ in each day. That's actually quite a few and I am starting to feel the results of those little mini workouts!
