Baked Kale

My good friend Stephanie gave me baked kale a few weeks ago.  Doesn't look that great in a bowl but my family can't get enough.

It's easy too.  Just mix a bit of olive olive oil and garlic powder.  Toss some kale with this dressing and bake until crispy.  Careful because it can quickly go from crispy to burnt.  Then sprinkle with some Parmesan or sesame seeds.  So so so so good.  And much better for you than potato chips.  As I said, my family can't get enough and a big bowl of it will disappear by the end of the day.
