Flower with a bead center. Looks good without the bead too.
Wrap the yarn around a finger or knitting before 12 times.
Draw a loop though the center and make 2 chains - counts as first hdc
Make 19 hdc around the ring & join to first chain 2.
Chain 1 & SC in same stitch.
Chain 3, skip stitch, SC in next hdc
Repeat around & join to the first sc
5 SC in each chain 3 loop.
Break yarn & weave in ends. Add bead if desired.

It's pretty basic & fun to make.
Pattern
Chain 5 and make a circle
(3 DC into ring, chain 2) 3 times
Join to top of 1st chain 3
Chain 1 & SC in same stitch
Sc in left 2 stitches working in back loop only

Join to first sc. I leave a long tail to sew everything together with
