Thanksgiving - New Year streak challenge

I will exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes EVERY day between Thanksgiving and New Year's.

Going to do this among other things


Chest cold is still too harsh for actual running outside - not if I want to keep this breathing thing going.

So I will be doing some on the elliptical and bike as well.  

I like this 20min workout
