Although we tend to run individually we all run. That's what I see as the biggest benefit to my choosing to lead a healthier lifestyle. It rubbed off on my family. It's a good thing to come home dripping with sweat and exhausted. It's what we do, it's part of who we are. As individuals and as a family. We run races together. Our times may be very different, but we share the joy of the race. From bib pick up to crossing the finish line. We don't run together, but we still do it together - if that makes any sense.
