I have slippers too!

Now Bessie isn't the only one with warm feet.

I shall wear them while I do my bellydance dvd.  I am exactly as good at bellydancing as I thought I would be.  That is to say I look like a camel having a seizure.  I swear I try to do what the lady on the screen is doing but what my eyes see somehow does not translate to what my body does.   Even so it's a great workout.

I will also do my high heels workout.  Funny because I run in minimalist shoes but I love my heels.  Wearing them can be a real workout for the legs and butt.  I don't run or jump in them, no, my high heel workout consists of wearing them while I do housework.  Add some pearls and I could be housewife from some 50's era tv show.  Of course after an hour in the heels (3 inches today) I spend an hour doing yoga to make sure I stretch out my feet and muscles.  May not work for everyone, but it does for me.  I can't think of a any other barefoot/minimalist runners who wear high heels.  I'm funny that way.  Love my dress shoes to be high, need my workout shoes to be as flat as possible.
