One of the benefits of moving is that now I have a fully functional kitchen.  Cooking up a storm. Pinterest has really inspired me.

Dan complains that I don't make him special pancakes so the other day I surprised him.

Mini omelets made in muffin tins make for a quick easy breakfast.  Also then you are not stuck with the smell of eggs cooking.  One of my least favorite scents.

The fruit in this is a blood orange.  Bessie got toast because she loves toast.  Dan got home baked bread.  Love love love having a kitchen where the wiring does not catch fire!
