Motif A Day - Jan 24
I've done this many times with fabric for quilts. I've never tried it with crochet, though I have seen it done. I think blocking before putting the triangles together would probably give me a better seam and pointier points. You just need 6 triangles of whatever pattern you like in 3 different colors. Sew the matching colors into diamonds and arrange them to make a kind of block.

Motif A Day - December 24
The wonderful, simple triangle. The second simplest shawls are just triangles. (simplest is a rectangle)
You just increase on the ends and easy peasy - you have a wonderful wearable.

This one is going to be a shawl. It won't be all solid like this, but this is the start - and why I didn't trim the strings off.

Motif a Day - December 23
From this diagram I think next time I will make the center pink, the popcorns green and a background color for the final row

Motif A Day - December 22
There was a starting diagram for this one, but somehow I got off and ended up changing things quite a bit. Happy with the results, but the difference is enough that it doesn't even come close to matching the diagram, so I didn't share it.
